No call centre and no chain. I will come to your home, take measurements and give you the price immediately. Installation usually within a week, neat work, and I will clean up afterwards.
Tell me the space and specifications. I will respond with a specific amount, not a price list estimate.
From Brno Who will come to you
F-gas certification · installation and servicing
A vetted Brno installer with a valid F-gas certificate will arrive: not an anonymous dispatcher from a remote call centre.
We work as a small team, so you won't have five strangers in your home. F-gas certification allows us to legally handle refrigerants and issue documentation for housing cooperatives or the building's owners' association.
I travel throughout Brno and the surrounding area.
Where and what we install
Types of jobs we carry out in Brno's districts.
Installation and maintenance services
Split and multisplit systems, wall-mounted and cassette units for flats, houses, apartment blocks and historic brick buildings. I advise on capacity and placement to ensure efficient heating and cooling.
Regular cleaning of the evaporator and filters, leak testing, and refrigerant top-up. A clogged air conditioner consumes more energy and blows out bacteria. It pays off once a year.
Offices, medical practices, business premises, server rooms. Solution design, invoicing for companies and regular service packages. References from Brno companies available on request.
Transparent pricing
Indicative prices including labour. The final price will be confirmed after the survey: no hidden surcharges for corners or additional floors.
Prices are indicative for 2026 and do not constitute a binding offer.
Why choose a local installer
Frequently Asked Questions
The installation of the split unit alone starts from 8 900 Kč for labour. Turnkey air conditioning (unit and installation) starts around 28 000 Kč depending on brand and capacity. I will provide an exact price after a survey, which is free in Brno.
The outdoor unit on the façade usually requires consent from the building's owners' association or housing cooperative. I am happy to advise on how to submit the application and will issue proof of F-gas certification, which apartment buildings typically require.
I usually respond to enquiries within two days. The survey is typically scheduled within a week; the actual installation depends on the season, outside the peak summer period, it is generally completed within 7-10 days.
Yes. I will clean, check for leaks and top up the refrigerant on most common brands, even if another installer fitted the unit. If the manufacturer's warranty is affected, I will inform you in advance.
I travel throughout Brno and the surrounding areas, Šlapanice, Kuřim, Modřice, Židlochovice and further by arrangement. Travel up to 20 km is included in the survey price.
Of course. During drilling I extract dust, cover furniture and remove all waste. After installation there is no cleaning left for you to do.
